“I’m Jedi, But Not Religious”: Obi-Wan Kenobi and Deconstruction

Obi-Wan has to live after Order 66 and find new meaning and purpose, which doesn’t seem all that far from what folks who are in the midst of deconstructing their faith are doing. Brian and Sam discuss the new series and what deconstruction looks like. We also discuss Brian’s crow-whispering, parallels in the series to the history of Israel in the Hebrew Bible as well as to current upheavals in Evangelicalism.
